Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

What We Cover and Don't Cover

We ensure all plants will arrive in healthy condition if ordered properly. Please note the following:

• All address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 24 hours.
• During cold months, please request a heat pack. Orders that do not have heat packs added and get cold damage will not be issued a replacement or refund.
• Courier delays and lost in transit issues are not covered within our guarantee policy. 
• For plants that were damaged in shipment that don't fall within the criteria in the points above qualify for either a refund or replacement. 

 

Refund or Replacement

Please note if you ever receive a damaged shipment from us, we are only able to issue a refund for the plants them selves and not for the price of shipping. 


• To qualify please send an email of the order to support@onebeleafawayplantstudio.com with a picture of the damaged item and shipping information.

• Only one replacement order will be issued. For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days to process.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
